In addition to traditional cookies, we and our partners may use related technologies such as pixel tags, web beacons, local storage, and session storage. These are described in Section 8 of this Policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies for several purposes, which can be grouped into four categories: Essential (to make the Service work), Analytics & Performance (to understand how the Service is used), Functional (to remember your preferences), and Marketing & Advertising (to deliver relevant content and ads, where you have consented).

The legal basis for our use of essential cookies is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional service. For analytics and functional cookies, we rely on our legitimate interests or, where required, your consent. For marketing cookies, we always rely on your explicit consent, which you may grant or withdraw through our Cookie Preference Centre at any time.

We do not use cookies to collect sensitive personal information such as financial credentials, health data, or government identification numbers. Cookies set by ForezynPlan never store your raw payment details.

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website and platform. They allow us to count page views, identify popular features, measure session duration, and diagnose technical problems. This data is used to improve the Service and does not identify you personally.

We use Google Analytics 4 for website traffic analysis, Mixpanel for in-product feature tracking, and Hotjar for session recordings and heatmaps. Where possible, we configure these tools to anonymise IP addresses and limit data sharing. The data collected is subject to the privacy policies of these respective providers.

Analytics cookies are activated only if you consent via our Cookie Preference Centre. You may withdraw consent at any time and your analytics data will no longer be collected on subsequent visits.

Functional cookies allow us to remember choices you have made — such as your language, currency, dashboard layout, or sidebar state — to provide a personalised and consistent experience. They may also be used to remember settings you have configured within the platform.

These cookies do not track your activity across other websites. They are used solely to deliver a better experience within ForezynPlan. They become active when you interact with a relevant feature (e.g., changing your language or collapsing the sidebar).

Marketing cookies are used to track visitors across different websites and to display advertisements that are relevant and engaging. They are set by our advertising partners — including Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn — and help us measure the effectiveness of our campaigns, limit ad frequency, and retarget users who have expressed interest in ForezynPlan.

These cookies collect information about your browsing habits and may be used to build a profile of your interests. Marketing cookies are only activated if you explicitly consent via our Cookie Preference Centre. You may withdraw consent at any time. Note that even if you decline marketing cookies, you may still see ForezynPlan advertisements, but they will be less personalised.

We do not use marketing cookies within the ForezynPlan platform itself (i.e., when you are logged in). They are used only on our public-facing marketing website.

In addition to cookies, we and our partners use the following related technologies:

Pixel Tags & Web Beacons. These are tiny, transparent image files (often 1×1 pixel) embedded in emails or web pages. They are used to track whether an email has been opened, to count page impressions, and to verify ad conversions. We use web beacons in our marketing emails to measure open rates and engagement; you can prevent their activation by disabling image loading in your email client.

Local Storage & Session Storage. These are browser-side storage mechanisms that function similarly to cookies but can hold larger amounts of data. We use local storage to save your in-app preferences (e.g., chart settings, column widths) between sessions. Session storage is used for temporary state that is cleared when you close the browser tab.

Browser Fingerprinting. We do not use browser fingerprinting for tracking or identification purposes.

Software Development Kit (SDK) Data. If you use ForezynPlan via a mobile or desktop application in the future, similar tracking technologies may be used within the app. This Policy will be updated accordingly, and any such collection will require your prior consent.

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. As a result, ForezynPlan does not currently respond to DNT signals. We will monitor developments in this area and update this Policy if a standard is established.

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser-based privacy signal that indicates your preference to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. ForezynPlan honours GPC signals for California residents as required under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). If you have GPC enabled, we will treat it as a request to opt out of any activities that qualify as the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California law. As noted elsewhere in this Policy, we do not sell personal information.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, changes in our business practices, updates to applicable laws, or the introduction of new tracking technologies.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Policy was most recently revised. For material changes — such as the introduction of a new cookie category or a new third-party provider — we will notify you via the cookie consent banner on your next visit to the site, and by email if you have an active account with us.

We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
